What does this website collect?
The website itself has no account registration, payment collection, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, embedded third-party media, or contact form. Its product-view switcher runs in your browser and does not create a booking or send the chosen view to Samaya. Product screenshots use synthetic demonstration data, not real customer accounts.
Website hosting and delivery providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details, and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. Email enquiries provide your email address, message, and any name, business details, or other information you choose to include.
What happens when I email Technoic?
Email links open your email application. If you choose to send an enquiry, Technoic receives your address, message, and any information you include, and uses it to respond and discuss the enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive customer records. Contact us for access, correction, or deletion requests concerning your enquiry; we may need to verify your identity and retain records where required.
Does this website use browser storage?
The public website does not set application cookies, use local storage, register a service worker, or save product-view selections after you leave. Following a link to the Samaya application or another provider takes you to a separate service with its own storage and privacy practices.
Who receives website and enquiry information?
Technoic personnel handling your enquiry and providers of website hosting, delivery, security, and email services may receive the information needed for those tasks.
