Zoom meetings
Connect a Zoom account your business controls to create meetings for online bookings, or use supported Zoom links. Your business authorizes the account and pays for any Zoom subscription it needs; a paid Zoom plan is not included in Samaya. Zoom’s account and meeting limits apply. Technoic handles Samaya’s side of the connection; activation depends on configuration and provider approval.
Booking texts via Twilio
Use a business-specific sender for transactional messages. US texts require verified sender registration, recipient consent where required, and no applicable STOP opt-out. Provisioning a number alone does not enable sending.
Meta social intake
Configured WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger webhooks can bring enquiries into the business’s intake workspace. Enquiries are not automatically confirmed appointments. Meta account and channel configuration is required.
Calendar attachments
Confirmation emails can include an .ics calendar attachment. This is different from two-way Google Calendar availability synchronization, which is not advertised as a ready customer feature.
In-app notices
Signed-in users can see relevant in-app updates. Push notifications depend on device permission, a valid token, and deployment configuration.
Setup before promises
Connected does not always mean delivered.
A provider accepting a message is not proof that it reached a customer. Connection readiness and delivery results are separate, and provider outages can interrupt updates.
